Submitting a notice

A notice should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its exact URL, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement, and your physical or electronic signature. Send the notice through the Contact page and clearly label it “DMCA Notice.”

Counter-notification

A person whose material was removed may submit a legally valid counter-notification containing the required identification, statements, contact information, consent to jurisdiction, and signature. Seek legal advice before submitting a notice or counter-notification.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly misrepresenting infringement or non-infringement may create legal liability. We may share a notice or counter-notification with affected parties and relevant service providers.
